Welcome to Curious Kaizer! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://curiouskaizer.com/ and our customized design, software development, and automation consulting services.

Curious Kaizer provides bespoke software development services (including SaaS, AI agent integration, Three.js configurators, and custom business portals) as detailed in individual project proposals and service agreements.
Each project scope, development timeline, delivery requirements, and pricing models are custom-designed for clients. A separate, legally binding project contract will outline specific code ownership, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
All source code, designs, frameworks, copy, and graphics built for a client remain the intellectual property of Curious Kaizer until final payment is completed in full, at which point the agreed-upon rights and licenses are transferred to the client in accordance with their project contract.

Pricing for our standard design packages starts at ₹10,200 (Basic Business), ₹16,900 (E-commerce), and ₹28,900 (Custom Web/SaaS). Detailed specs and payment milestones (typically split into deposit and completion structures) are explicitly outlined in our initial proposals.
Given the bespoke, customized nature of design and development engineering, refunds are not available once project development begins, except as otherwise explicitly defined in individual service contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curious Kaizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the website.
Our site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Curious Kaizer. Curious Kaizer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
