English and Arabic journeys
Decide whether the first release serves English readers, Arabic readers or both. Arabic is a content and interaction requirement, not just a direction switch: navigation, mixed-direction numbers, forms and imagery need review by a fluent editor. Publish language alternatives only when the corresponding content exists, then connect equivalent URLs with reciprocal language annotations.
Commerce and business inputs
For a store, confirm the merchant entity, supported settlement currency, delivery coverage and payment-provider eligibility. The business should supply approved VAT, invoice and returns requirements for implementation and review. Product catalog and stock ownership must remain clear across storefront and operations systems. Provider names in a proposal do not establish that an account is approved or a live integration is complete.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi project coordination
A hospitality enquiry flow, property lead journey and B2B vendor portal need different records and approval steps. Start with the actual operation rather than separate city pages carrying identical copy. Agree calls in Gulf Standard Time, name the content approver and document asynchronous review. Remote delivery does not imply a staffed UAE office or on-site support.
Scope and acceptance
Request a written scope covering pages, languages, integrations, training and ongoing costs. Confirm the quotation currency and payment terms in the proposal; this page does not publish a converted price or compare unverified agency fees. Validate local phone entry, address formats, language switching and approved payment flows. Review applicable privacy and commercial requirements with qualified local advisers before launch.
